CST testing day 2
so now i'm gonna write about how football players workouts what they test you on is your speed based on the 40 meter dash,on the number of repetitions you can bench press,sqauts,vertical jumps,stamina,& agility shuffles. For what i see when i work out for cheerleading during the summer i see these guys working hard from 9 in the morning till maybe 5 or sometimes 7. They work extremely hard i give them credit for all that workout every single day monday they weight lift,tuesdays they play 7 on 7,wednesday weight lifting, thursday running, and friday weightlifting and they rest for the weekend. When i see them getting knocked down and stuff its amazing how they still enjoy football. It looks like to me that they still have fun even though they're coach works them out very hard but i geuss its worth it later on in the football season.
